Aaah. I sometimes wonder, why do I usually update this blog on Friday? Is it because I normally have free time on Fridays? Well, let’s just forget it and focus on what I’m going to tell.
It’s February today, meaning the ninth graders’ last month of studying is before our eyes. Yes, we had just been convinced about this last Monday. That day we had the students-teachers meeting after school about preparing for the national exams. After the flood incident mentioned in the last post, our teachers announced that the exams schedule had been advanced by one week. On that meeting Pak Edhy showed us the revised schedule; it’s true that they had been advanced. And there will be tests every day this March! There’s no more time to loaf around, so I think I’ll blog more rarely until all those exams are over :P.
We’re dismissed earlier today since the Muslims were going to celebrate Maulid Nabi. After the dismissal, I continued the SBK project with my group mates till it’s half-done. It is a project of making a traditional house. My group’s house is from South Sumatra. We make it out from ice-cream sticks. Last Tuesday, during SBK, Eric made a mini-sized Sadako using origami as its decoration. He added a paper spring on its back and put it inside the enclosed well, so that the ghost would bounce upwards when the lid’s opened. We laughed a lot that day :D.
Well, at least we can still have some fun before facing the exams :P…
